Founded in 1995, AMET Ltd – Microprocessor Modules is a specialized company dedicated to the development, modern production, and distribution of medical electronic products and modules, mechanical parts, and components.
The joint activity of the management team and the highly qualified specialists form the company as a reliable and desired partner not only on the Bulgarian but also on the world market.
In March 2010 the company was certified according to ISO 13 485 for the production of medical devices by MDC medical device certification GmbH – Stuttgart. The AMETOM line is the first in Bulgaria, developed and manufactured by the company in accordance with Directive 93/42 / EWG (Annex II) of the European Union for the manufacture of medical devices and has a CE mark from the certification body.
In order to ensure effective organization of the activity and control in the various processes, as well as for the continuous improvement of the quality, the company AMET Ltd. is structured into four departments with its own image depending on the goals and tasks set before them.
Development Department – founders, generators of ideas, always thinking ahead with the ambition to be first.
Electronics department – every good idea and development turns into the production of a finished product – safe and reliable.
Department of Mechanics – the power of people and machines turn raw metals into parts and assemblies ready for incorporation into modern medical equipment.
Marketing and Sales Department – each product, in order to be evaluated, must reach those for whom it is intended – our customers.
The coordination between the different units in the company is carried out by the Quality Council, under the control of the management team.
Currently, AMET Ltd. – Applied Microprocessor Modules applies an integrated management system in accordance with the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13 485: 2012, OHSAS18000: 2007.
